Does anyone know a site to pitch website ideas?

I am an entrepreneur and attempting to accomplish my goal of being a self-made millionaire. Well i have a website idea that should get me there but of course, i dont have the funds to accomplish such a thing. nor the ability to go all the way to pennsylvania or wherever it is to pitch inventions. But i have a sure thing so i just need some assistance. I already know people who know millionaires, but that may be a bit much to just ask. so someone improve my knowledge please

2. Seems what you are looking for is venture capital. To gain investors you need to develop a business plan that is very 'tight' and professional. You then need to present this plan to the right people. I would start with the SBA (small business admin) which most likely is in your regional area. They are also FREE and can provide you with all the tools needed as well as where to find the right venture capital group. Also find them online at www.sba.org But the business plan which includes your business idea, budgets, prjected earnings etc is what will help you sell the idea.
