Houston or Raleigh best for young, black entrepreneurs?

I am looking to open a rather upscale salon in Raleigh or Houston, but leaning more toward Houston. What are your thoughts about the best location? I have turned down multiple job offers because this is my dream, and I am ready to leave my current life behind to pursue this. Your help is appreciated!

1. I would say Houston definetly. The black clientel is so plentiful down there and its a much bigger city than Raliegh. houston is the4th largest in the US. Good luck!
