Where can I find entrepreneur web designers who are looking for business partners to develop new websites?

I'd like to join a new dot-com, I have a BA from a decent school but all the computer knowledge I have is self-taught, which is minimal HTML. Are there are sites online that have listings of new dot com companies that are just starting up and looking for employees or hands-on investors? I'm already familiar with monster, so anything specific other than that would be great.
