As an boot strapping entrepreneur, how should I get legal services?

I am managing a startup and we need a good lawyer. What kind of arrangement could I come to with a lawyer that would not require me to dole out large legal fees in the early stages of my venture?

1. I suggest you find a SCORE office. These are retired executives and offer advice at no cost. Good luck.
2. Check into Pre Paid Legal Services Inc. They offer plans as little as $17 a month and will cover quite a bit of life events for such a small fee. If your state has it they also have business owners plan, but that is depending on what state you are in.
