Do you believe women entrepreneurs have rewarding lives?

I am writing a research paper entitled, "Small business entrepreneur women have very rewarding employment because they have more time to spend with their families and more time to pursue recreational activities." I am doing a case study on Mary Kay retailers. I have more specific questions if anyone would like to leave their email address, first hand opinions would make my paper fantastic! Thanks!

1. Yes, they definitely have better lives because they are allowed to approach their employment in more non-traditional ways and don't have to worry about the glass ceiling. Depends on the business though. Being a small business owner, especially in retail, can be VERY stressful and you often end up putting in long hours. Every success is YOURS and every failure is YOURS. If it doesn't work out, it is a lot harder to bounce back from but overall can be a very rewarding experience.

3. I owned a small consulting business for 3 years and then sold out to work full-time for one of my clients (a large full-scale agency). I can answer your questions about how rewarding it is to be a woman entrepreneur and about the culture shock that comes with re-entering the corporate environment. 5. I strongly believe women entrepreneurs have rewarding lives. I am not with Mary Kay but I was at one time. I am now with a different company, so I don't know if this applies to your paper or not. It's not just family and recreation time that are advantages, but the fact that women have wage parody in this industry. You are paid in direct proportion to your efforts, male or female. I believe that it is a very respectful business, and find that people admire the female entrepreneurial spirit.
