What do you want in a salon that you have never seen before?

As a possible entrepreneur, I am studying a lot of what the customer wants in simple, everyday businesses. I'd like to know what you want in a beauty salon that you have not seen offered... What would make you a repeat customer? What would you pay extra for? Don't be afraid to answer. Any serious answer warrants consideration. Thanks...

1. I really want consistency. I never get the same cut twice even from the same person who's been cutting my hair for years. I changed salons with my last haircut because I was just so displeased with the last 2 cuts I got from my regular stylist. Something I would like to see is photo morphing so that you can get an idea of what a new "do" will look like on you while you're with your stylist. There are no salons in my area that have this that I know of.
