Looking for Steel Building or Blueprint plans for a small business from someone who has actually built one.?

Looking for someone who already has done this type of project or has plans that include. approx 1500 to 2500 sq-ft. , two offices, sm showroom, at least one bathroom, a service/lab room and some warehouse space. Any help is appreciated. I hate to reinvent the wheel if someone has the heart to share their experience or plans with an aspiring American small business entrepreneur.
